Return & Refund Policy

At Khobzah w Fakhaara, we are committed to delivering high-quality food and excellent service. Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we strive to ensure every order is prepared with care and attention.

Returns & Replacements

Due to the nature of our food products and health & safety regulations, we do not accept returns once food has been delivered or picked up.

However, if there is an issue with your order (such as a missing item, wrong item delivered, or a quality concern), please contact us immediately — within 1 hour of receiving the order — and we will do our best to resolve the matter. This may include:

  • Replacing the incorrect item

  • Delivering a missing item

  • Offering a voucher or partial refund in special cases

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are only issued in the following situations:

  • The order was not delivered at all

  • The order was cancelled by the restaurant before preparation

  • A confirmed error on our side (e.g., major quality issue or wrong item)

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank.
